The reason why we temporarily closed...

It is with sadness that I share that Saint Script is temporarily closed until 2021. This is an unexpected closure. I have made the decision to terminate my partnership with the fulfillment center who ships my orders.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*All open orders will still be fulfilled.*⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To put it plainly, expectations were not met. Delayed orders and inaccurate information resulted in frustrated customers and a stressed and equally frustrated shop owner.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The whole point of me switching to a fulfillment center was so I could focus my on the creative side of this business. Instead, these past few weeks I found myself even more busy trying to get a handle on the status of delayed orders, replying to emails from customers wondering where their orders were, and more stressed than ever before.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I want to sincerely apologize to the customers whose orders were delayed and did not arrive in the timeline that was given. I promise to ship orders in a more timely manner in the future, even if that means shipping them myself! I hope this gives you confidence to shop with me again in the future.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It was a difficult decision to make, especially during the weeks leading up to Christmas. I know I will lose out on sales, but I did not want to risk more unhappy customers. I have received peace in this decision.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The blessing in this unexpected closure is that I am now more easily able to anticipate and prepare my heart for the arrival of Our Lord during these last weeks of Advent.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • I’m sorry for the troubles with your fulfillment center. Thank you for your honest explanation. I love your products and look forward to your return. And if you ever feel called to create a booklet on The Angelus prayer, I would be first in line to buy it. :)

  • hello! i was very happy with our daily prayer journals that we received in the past few weeks! i just got back on because i need to order one more, so what is the best way for me to place that order? even if i need to wait to receive it? i would like another saint script daily prayer journal in the Marian blue. thanks, erin

    We were one of your customers whose order ended up being delivered to another city, through no fault of your own. We want to thank you very much for your extremely quick response to our dilemma (they were Christmas cards after all!) and the immediate shipping of a replacement order. They just arrived today, and my wife can send them out in time for Christmas!! Count us as more than satisfied customers, and we will certainly order from you again. Merry Christmas!
